About the Role

STAG Provisions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Austin team. This role is essential to delivering the elevated, welcoming store experience STAG is known for. As a Sales Associate, you’ll support the management team by providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the visual and operational standards of the store.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
• Engage customers confidently and naturally to build lasting relationships
• Support daily sales goals and contribute to strong store performance
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation
• Assist with store operations including cleaning, replenishment, and organization
• Work collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced retail environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through

Experience & Requirements

• Retail sales experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Austin, TX 78704 before starting (required)
