Curbside Pickup FAQ 

How to do I place an order for Curbside Pickup?

1. Check that the product you have your eye on is available at either STAG Austin or our Daughters store
2. Add all of the products that are available in your local store to your cart
3. At checkout, select “Curbside Pickup” at your store as your shipping method
 

If your cart contains items that are not available for pickup at your store the option for pickup will not show.  

At this time, online Curbside Pickup is only available at our STAG Austin and Daughters locations. If you would like to place an order for Curbside Pickup at our Dallas store, feel free to give them a call at (214) 599-2143 to coordinate.

I don’t see Curbside Pickup as an option at check out. Why not?

A curbside pick-up option will show at checkout if all items in a cart are available for pick-up at your local store location. Check the curbside availability on a product page to see what sizes are available in your local store. If you cannot find all of the items you want in a single location, we can ship directly to your home. When using an express checkout option like Paypal and Apple Pay the option to select Curbside Pickup may be bypassed. If this happens, go back to Delivery Method and select Pickup.

Please note, Curbside Pickup may be disabled and not available during high-volume sales periods. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call for more information. 

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Typically, within 4 hours of an order being placed. STAG Austin store pickup hours are 11AM - 6PM, everyday. For Daughters, it's 12 - 6PM, everyday. Any orders placed after 2PM will be available for pick-up the next day. We will send you an email with instructions as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this email so we can ensure that your order is packed and ready when you arrive. 

At pickup we require that you show a photo ID with a name that matches the order you are collecting. If you would like someone else to pick up the order please call your pickup store or email weborders@stagprovisions.com for additional help.

What do I do when I arrive at the store?

Do your best to find a parking spot close to our store. Not all locations have designated parking, so in some cases you might be best served walking up if that’s an option for you. Once you’ve parked, call the store using the number provided in your confirmation email. A store associate will ask for your name, order number and coordinate with you from there to verify your ID and hand off your order.

Can I send someone else to collect my order?

Absolutely. At pickup we require that you show a photo ID with a name that matches the order you are collecting. If you would like someone else to pick up the order please call your pickup store or email weborders@stagprovisions.com for additional help. 

How long will pick-up orders be held at the store? 

Orders will be held for two days. Unclaimed orders will be refunded and the goods returned to our sales floor if we have not heard from you or cannot get in touch.

Can I pick up some of the items I want and ship the rest?

Yes, you sure can, but it’s going to have to be a separate order for each method. Unfortunately we cannot offer multiple delivery methods for a single order.

What health and safety measures are being taken during Curbside Pickup?

We take the health of our staff and customers seriously. We do our best to follow all safety standards and CDC guidelines, and are happy to work with you to make this a comfortable & safe experience. All orders are typically placed in a customers trunk for a contact-free transaction, and you can let our staff know if they can do anything else to accommodate you.
