This drink is based on applejack, and it's rose pink. Play on words. It's smooth and sweetish and deeply deceptive.
Sipping it, you can't tell it contains liquor of any kind, let alone applejack.
2 oz applejack
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine
Ice
In a cocktail shaker combine applejack, lime and grenadine with cracked ice and shake well.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Makes one drink
